Under the Fair Credit Billing Act, your bank cannot hold you liable for more than $50.00 of fraudulent charges. If your bank does hold you liable for any of this $50.00, DupliM will cover the entire liability for you, up to the full $50.00. DupliM will only cover this liability if the unauthorized use of your credit card resulted through no fault of your own from purchases made at the DupliM web site while using the secure server. In the event of unauthorized use of your credit card, you must notify your credit card provider in accordance with its reporting rules and procedures.
Return Policy
Refunds and/or Exchanges are honored within 30 days of invoice and may be subject to a 15% restocking fee. Products must be in new, unused condition to be eligible for refunds/exchanges, and must be returned in the original packaging and with all included materials
Warranty Policy
New DupliM products are backed by a limited 1 year parts and labor warranty. Any Certified Factory Refurbished products are backed by a limited 90-day parts and labor warranty.
